High Definition make-up

In 2011, filming and post production moved steadily towards digital technology. The use of cameras with extra large image sensor has increased from 9% in weeks shooting in the first half of 2010 to 44% in the first term of 2011.
With the presence of new digital technology and high-definition television (HDTV) professional make-up artists must learn the basic techniques in order to insure the best possible visual results for HD.
These make-up techniques are essential for professionals who work for television, photo and HD movies.
As this new digital technology highlights every detail in minute detail, traditional make-up can appear too heavy and false looking in this context.
