Corrective and repair make-up (Maqco)




How can one mask scars, burns, bruises, ageing of the skin or cutaneous affections? What are the products that can be used? How should one behave with patients These questions are dealy wiyt during the forty class hours. The instructors are all professionals in the sector: dermatologists, plastic surgeons, psychologists, specialized make-up artists, cosmetics product managers. Specialists to understand this very particular discipline where the medical or social environment in which it is practiced requires a specific attentiveness and professionalism. Among other things, this specialty has a potential for develop a client base.

Program
- The approach to the market, analysis of the various domains of intervention of corrective make-up and presentation of the existing product ranges
- Dermatology: typology of pathologies
- Plastic surgeons: the various types of interventions.
- The psychological approach to the patient/client
- Permanent color imperfections: stains due to the dilatation of the capillaries (broken veins, varicose veins, angioma…), depigmentation, vitiligo,
- The temporary color imperfections: post-operation bruises, various bruising, erythema, sunburn…
- Imperfections of relief: acne traces, scars at various stages of evolution (masking, attenuation…), burns at various stages of evolution, burns from laser operations (corrections…)
- The ageing effects (correction of wrinkles, liver spots, stains de senescence, bags).
- Facial reconstruction (following weight loss, hair loss, temporary baldness, illnesses, lesions…)
- Specific corrections for black and colored skin types: textures, colors…
- Permanent make-up, tattooing
- Knowledge and use of the principal specific brands and products (Avène, La Roche Posay, Dermablend)
- Free visit of the Dermatology Fair or the Museum of the Hôpital Saint-Louis.
- Project: Creation of a before-after make-up.
