For the ITM's teaching staff and guest instructors, make-up totally participates in the artistic creation of an image. It is part of a coherent whole, where every person, whether a technician for lights, make-up, sets or costumes has his or her place.

It is through his or her knowledge of the world of performance and fashion that the make-up artist can harmoniously integrate his or her work into a collective creation. The make up artist always serves a project and sometimes a work of art.
